PCA Fees

The following is intended to give you some idea as to what you might expect to pay for a 'PCA Done Right' based upon commercial PCA's we have done in the past. Also, bear in mind that all PCA's are quoted on an individual basis and normally depend upon conducting a pre-site visitation to obtain what information we need in determining a fair and reasonable price for the service we provide. Needless to say, for what you stand to gain, it's like putting money in the bank!

  • Small Commercial Building/Office Condo (minimum $650)
  • Office & Warehouse up to 100,000 sq. foot ($0.05 to $0.15 per sq. foot)
  • Office Building Complex ($0.15 to $0.30 per sq. foot)
  • Apartment Buildings ($100 to $150 per unit)
