Since commercial properties can vary considerably with regard to a number of variables used in determining fees, all Commercial Property Inspections are quoted on an individual basis and often entail a pre-site visitation to obtain information for preparing a proposal and quoting a fee. To provide some idea as to what you might expect to pay for a Commercial Property Inspection, the following is intended as a guide based upon a number of Commercial Property Inspections (not baseline PCAs) we have completed in the past. What's least understood is that a Commercial Property Inspection performed with due diligence and detail often pays for itself in saving you money at the negotiating table or preventing you from purchasing a money pit!
- Small Commercial Building/Office Condo under 2,000 sq. feet (minimum $850)
- Office & Warehouse up to 100,000 sq. foot ($0.05 to $0.15 per sq. foot)
- Office Building Complex ($0.15 to $0.30 per sq. foot)
- Apartment Buildings ($125 to $150 per unit for (6) or more units)
