A few photos taken from our archives to show significant deficiencies as well as some system components we ordinarily observe in conducting Commercial Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) that exceed ASTM E-2018. Needless to say, a number of major deficiencies shown in several photos would have virtually gone undetected in conducting a typical Baseline PCA.
